Welcome to Phatt Fellas! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing our website, placing an order in-store, or through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We are Phatt Fellas known as Phatt Fellas Ltd in Scotland. Our company registration number is SC784906 and our registered office is at 26 Bryson Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH11 1DX United Kingdom.

1. Ordering and Payment

1.1. In-Store Orders: When ordering in-store, you are required to pay for your order at the time of purchase.

1.2. Website Orders: When placing an order through our website, payment will be processed online. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are securely processed. You must provide accurate payment information, and we reserve the right to cancel orders for non-payment or if payment information is found to be incorrect.

1.3. Delivery Platforms: Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat) are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms, including payment processing.

2. Menu and Prices

2.1. Our menu, including item availability and prices, may change without notice. We strive to keep our menu and prices up to date, but we are not liable for any discrepancies.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellations

3.2. In-Store Orders:

  • Orders placed in-store cannot be canceled once payment is made.

3.3. Website Orders:

  • Cancellations for online orders cannot be made after placing your order.

  • Once has been successful the order preparation process has begun, cancellations are not possible.

3.4. Delivery Platform Orders:

  • Cancellations for orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat) must be made through the respective platform according to their cancellation policies.

4. Refunds

4.1. In-Store Orders:

  • Refunds for in-store purchases are considered on a case-by-case basis (receipts must be provided). Please contact our customer support at 0131 285 4146 for assistance.

4.2. Website Orders:

  • Refund requests for online orders must be submitted to our customer support via email phattfellas@gmail.com within 6 hours of picking up your order.

  • Refunds may be issued if the food picked up is incorrect as determined by Phatt Fellas.

4.3. Delivery Platform Orders:

  • Refunds for orders placed through third-party delivery platforms are subject to the policies of those platforms.

  • Phatt Fellas is not responsible for processing refunds for orders made through external delivery platforms.

5. Eligibility for Refunds

5.1. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect items delivered.

  • Orders canceled within the specified time frames mentioned in section 3.

5.2. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with taste preferences.

  • Changes in order preferences after the order has been placed.

  • Customers who have placed an order on our website and have not picked up their food from our store.

6.1. Customers seeking a refund must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) and details of the issue.

11.1. Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen-free.

However, to the extent permitted by law, we provide Applications and orders on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any promises, conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind.
